We’re based here.
The team is in Chișinău, so installation, the manual count check and meetings all happen on the same day.
Vizor is made here, in Chișinău, for local stores. Installation takes a single day on site; after that, everything is done remotely. That is why distance matters only once, on installation day, and not at all afterwards — a location in Cahul is as easy to run as one on Ștefan cel Mare Boulevard.
Store chains in Moldova rarely have all their locations in one town. Measurement has to be the same everywhere, otherwise comparing stores means nothing.
The team is in Chișinău, so installation, the manual count check and meetings all happen on the same day.
Installation is done on site, in one day, without closing. After that, the location appears in the same dashboard as the others, and we have no reason to come back unless something changes on the sales floor. The morning report looks the same whatever the town.
We can work there too, but first we want to see what internet the location has and who has access to the equipment. We’ll tell you honestly if it won’t work, rather than promise and fix things later.
It’s not patriotism, it’s a technical fit. Four things that an imported product handles badly or not at all.
Your cash register, back-office software or 1C, set up the way they are in Moldova. Without them, the visitor count stays a number on its own, and conversion can’t be calculated.
Local rules, with the National Center for Personal Data Protection as the supervisory authority. The privacy notice and the legal basis are prepared under Moldovan law. Details are on the page about Law 195/2024.
One location, two languages, and each person on the team picks their own. The director reads in Romanian, the shift supervisor in Russian, and the numbers are the same.
A company from Chișinău, payment in Moldovan lei, people you call who answer the same day. No support ticket in a foreign time zone.
That’s all. No cameras are replaced, no devices are mounted at the door, and the store doesn’t close.
They only need to see the entrance and, for queues and zones, the sales floor. Where coverage falls short, we add one or two ordinary cameras. We tell you in advance, from a single image, not after installation.
The image from the entrance camera goes to the Vizor server at reduced quality, just enough to count. We check the connection before installation; if it isn’t enough, we tell you up front.
Conversion by hour, bypassed zones and checkout queues, in every store in the chain.
Read →How many drivers walk into the shop, how many buy, and on which shift sales are lost.
Read →How many customers a consultant greets, how long they wait and which collections they skip.
Read →Video-based counts you can re-check on the recording: volumes, vehicle mix, peak hour.
Read →Yes, across the whole country. Installation takes one day on site, and after that everything is done remotely. Distance matters only once, on installation day. We have worked or can work in Chișinău, Bălți, Cahul, Ungheni, Orhei and Comrat; for the left bank of the Dniester, ask us first so we can check the internet connection and access to the equipment.
Still one day, without closing the store. The only difference from Chișinău is the drive. The first report arrives on the evening of installation, and calibration with a manual count is done in the first weeks, just like everywhere else.
Yes. We take the number of receipts per hour from the software you use — cash register, back-office software or 1C, set up the way they are here — and put it next to the visitor count. Without receipts, the entrance count stays a number on its own and conversion can’t be calculated. If direct reading isn’t possible, a daily file can be uploaded.
Both, and each person on the team picks their own. The dashboard, reports and alerts exist in Romanian and in Russian, and the numbers are the same. The director can read in Romanian and the shift supervisor in Russian, for the same location.
We need a stable connection: the image from the entrance camera goes to the Vizor server at reduced quality, just enough to count. We check the connection before installation; if it isn’t enough, we tell you up front, not afterwards.
Law No. 195/2024 on personal data protection, in force since August 23, 2026; the supervisory authority is the National Center for Personal Data Protection. The privacy notice, the legal basis and the processing register are prepared under local legislation. We have written about it in detail on a dedicated page.
We look at an image from the entrance camera and, within 24 hours, tell you in writing what can be measured at your location and how long installation takes in your town.
