Who is responsible for your data
The Vizor team, based in Chișinău, Republic of Moldova. For any question about data, write to info@vizor.md or call +373 79 130 088.
What we collect on this site, why, who receives it, how long we keep it and what rights you have. Written in plain language, not contract language.
The Vizor team, based in Chișinău, Republic of Moldova. For any question about data, write to info@vizor.md or call +373 79 130 088.
From the contact form: your name, company, email address, phone number if you fill it in, the number of locations you select, the message you write and the page you sent it from.
From the chat: the messages you write, the name and contact details you leave there, the page from which you opened the chat and the language of the page.
If you accept visit statistics: a random identifier stored in your browser, the pages viewed with the time of each visit, the page you came from, the language, the browser and operating system type, the screen width, the IP address and the approximate city derived from it. Without this consent, nothing is written.
On every page load, regardless of the consent above: the server logs the address of the requested page, the time, the IP address, the approximate city derived from it, the browser type and the page you came from. Nothing is written to or read from your device, and nothing is linked to any identifier that would track you between visits. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in knowing how much traffic our own site gets: the in-page measurement is blocked by many ad blockers and stops if you decline in the banner, so without this count we would not know how many people visit us. It is kept for twelve months, like the rest of the statistics.
We do not buy contact lists, and we do not receive data about you from other sources.
To respond to your request and to prepare a conversation or a quote. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in responding to a request you yourself sent us and, where applicable, taking steps prior to entering into a contract.
For visit statistics, the legal basis is your consent, given in the banner on your first visit. You can withdraw it at any time by deleting the data saved by the site in your browser settings.
We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. We have no third-party analytics and no social media pixels. We do not send newsletters. We do not build profiles or make automated decisions concerning you. We do not sell or hand over data to anyone.
Three providers help us run the site and process the data only on our instructions:
Other than that, only the Vizor team sees the data.
Form requests and chat conversations: twelve months from the last message, after which they are deleted. Visit statistics: also twelve months. If we end up working together, the data moves into our contract records and is kept for as long as accounting law requires.
In the emails we send you in reply to your request, we can see whether the message was opened and whether you clicked a link in it. This is done with an invisible image and with links that pass through a redirect. We record the time, the country and approximate city, the email client and a truncated IP address — never the full address. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in knowing whether our reply arrived and whether it was useful to you. We don’t build profiles and we don’t sell the information to anyone. If you don’t want this, drop us a line at info@vizor.md and we will stop tracking for your address; you can also simply not load images in your email client. This data is kept for twelve months.
Three values, none from third parties: a random identifier for the chat conversation, the choice you made in the consent banner and, if you arrived from a campaign, the campaign’s name. You can delete them at any time in your browser settings, under the site’s data.
You have the right of access to the data concerning you, and the rights to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent. Write to info@vizor.md and we will reply within thirty days at most.
If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can file a complaint with the National Center for Personal Data Protection: 48 Serghei Lazo St., MD-2004 Chișinău, phone (022) 820 801, centru@datepersonale.md.
If a personal data breach occurs that may affect you, we notify the supervisory authority within seventy-two hours at most, and we also notify you, without undue delay.
This page covers the website. The product installed at a client’s premises works differently, and it is important not to confuse the two.
Vizor tracks silhouettes across the frames of existing cameras and produces aggregated numbers: how many people came in, where they went, how long they waited. Facial recognition works only for the people the data controller explicitly registers in the system — usually employees, who are informed in advance. An employee’s consent is not a valid legal basis, because the employee is in a subordinate position: the legal basis is built on legitimate interest or on the obligation to ensure occupational safety, documented and supported by a data protection impact assessment (DPIA). The facial template is biometric data and is processed only for these people. For everyone else in the frame, no identity and no profile is built. Camera images are processed on the Vizor server.
In such an installation, the data controller is the client, meaning the store, the pharmacy or the warehouse. We act as data processor, under a contract. The information notice for visitors and the compliance documentation are prepared together, as part of the pilot.
If we change anything important, we update the date at the top and explain what changed. This version is dated September 10, 2026.
